Energy required for heating and lighting has previously made this form of agriculture less viable when compared with importing produce from warmer climates, but intelligent design, location and source of energy is now making low-carbon greenhouses a highly valued asset for landowners of otherwise low-value land.

Low Carbon Farming have the in-house expertise to build high-technology, high-efficiency glasshouses and horticultural units that are in demand by all the top UK growers and supermarkets – meaning that an end-user will normally be ready and in place before development begins.
